1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Bitswapx provides a collection of online resources, including escrow services for bitcoin transactions (hereinafter, "the Service"), subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms and Conditions"), which may be updated by Bitswapx from time to time. By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring access to the internet and necessary devices. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
2. Account Eligibility & Usage Requirements
To use Bitswapx, you must be at least 18 years of age, comply with all applicable laws and these Terms, and accept the following financial limits. These limits are enforced to maintain platform security, efficiency, and trust.
Minimum Trading & Financial Limits:

Minimum Trading Volume: $50,000 USD
•
Minimum Withdrawal Amount: $20,000 USD
•
Minimum Deposit Amount: Visible and subject to change—please refer to your dashboard for the current minimum deposit requirement.
Users attempting to transact below these thresholds may experience restrictions or failed transactions.
3. Online Content
All content posted, shared, or linked via Bitswapx is the responsibility of the individual user. Bitswapx does not endorse or verify content and is not liable for any inaccuracies, false claims, or linked third-party websites. Use of external links is at your own risk.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes. Examples of prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to, posting illegal content, harassment, fraudulent activity, and the use of bots or scraping tools. Violations may result in account suspension or a permanent ban.
5. Identity Verification (KYC) Requirements
All users must submit accurate and verifiable identity documents (passport, national ID, or equivalent) before accessing escrow trading functions. The submission of false, altered,stolen, or otherwise fraudulent identity documents constitutes a breach of these Terms and will be treated as fraud.
6. Penalties for Fraudulent KYC Submissions
If fraudulent KYC is detected, your account will be suspended, and all ongoing transactions will be frozen pending an investigation. Upon confirmation of fraud, the following actions will be taken:

Permanent account closure.
•
Blacklisting of your ID, name, IP address, and device fingerprint.
•
Forfeiture of any funds currently in escrow.
•
An Administrative Penalty Fee of $500 USD will be issued to cover investigation and security costs.
In severe or repeated cases, the Company reserves the right to increase the penalty to $1,000 USD and notify relevant law enforcement authorities.
7. Legal Enforcement
By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept that these penalties are reasonable and proportionate to the administrative, legal, and security costs incurred by the Company in addressing fraud. Non-payment of the penalty may result in further collection actions and legal proceedings.
8. Anti-Spam & System Abuse Policy
Bitswapx has a zero-tolerance policy toward spam, phishing, and any misuse of its systems. Sending unsolicited communications via or through Bitswapx infrastructure is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action under applicable laws.
9. Modifications to Service
Bitswapx may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Users are encouraged to regularly review these Terms for updates.
10. Termination of Service
Bitswapx reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts that violate any part of these Terms, attempt to circumvent minimum financial thresholds, engage in fraudulent behavior, or breach any applicable local or international law.
11. Disclaimer
Use of Bitswapx is at your own risk. All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Bitswapx does not guarantee uptime, performance, or specific outcomes from any transaction or interaction.
